We would like to inform our clients that we continue to operate a full veterinary service from our practice locations. Our hours of operation have been varied so please ring 01295 262332 for the most up to date information. We have have taken steps to protect our clients and our staff and to follow the UK Governments directives. We have controlled entry of clients into our premises. As the lockdown period has been extended it is important that procedures such as neutering and vaccination should now be carried out to protect public and animal health. West Bar Veterinary Hospital is now carrying out vaccinations and neutering of all pets as required in addition to the necessary, essential and emergency treatment we have provided over the current period.

If you are unwell or from a self isolating household please ring the practice and speak to our team in the first instance. We have a number of options for veterinary attention in place to assist you.

In 2018, following his two day assessment, the RCVS Practice Standards Assessor wrote :

Our friendly and enthusiastic team provide a full 24 hours a day 7 days a week service. We give the pets and animals entrusted to us the very highest standard of veterinary care. We aim to treat our clients fairly and develop a high level of trust.
